Cancellation policy

We do not charge for bookings that have not been confirmed. You will be changed once the booking is confirmed. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment. Kindly find details below. If you cancel:

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to travel date, a full refund
  • No Show on the travel date. - None refund
  • In the case of sickness we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands.
  • If we cancel the trips due to bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made through your credit card Or Paypal. Additionally, the refund processing fee is 300 Baht per booking. it could take from 1-2 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
How do I book?
Once you have decided to book the tour, kindly proceed with a booking by click on the "BOOK NOW" button . Once the booking is completely submitted, make secure online payment and we will send you the confirmation voucher within 2 hours.
Is my booking is available?
Once the booking is submitted, we will process your reservation immediately. In most cased all booking are available and confirmed. Otherwise indicated in the email.


How can I contact you?
You can either contact us and mentioned the booking reference number.
Or you can contact our duty manager in charge at +66 84 745 8833. Our duty number is available 24 hours.
What if I don't hear from you after I have made the booking request?
We respond to all booking requests immediately in most cases.
if you do not receive a response from us, please contact us by email or call us


Hotmail/Yahoo addresses
If you have a Hotmail or Yahoo email address, please check your junk mail folder as these providers often send emails/PDF’s straight there and not to your inbox.
How can I tell if you are a reputable company?
Our company Travel Bays Network Co.Ltd , we are member of TAT license 34/02606. We have registered with the Department of Tourism with a 100,000 THB Fund and insurance coverage of 10,000,000 THB


What if I have special requests?
You can add special request on the booking form. We will do our best to success your request.


I do not like giving my credit card details online
To assure that your credit card is safely submitted, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), and public-key security. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted en route over the internet. We use PaySulution ” as our payment gateway. AND also with PAYPAL.com
What if I do not have a credit card?
We are also able to collect cash from you once you are arriving in Phuket. Please contact us by email


Are there any specials?
All current specials are shown at the time of quoting. For all specials please refer to our specials website. Otherwise, we will advise via email.


What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
Customer can cancel booking made, please just simple contact us via email or call us at: +66 84 745 8833 or +66 95 954 9228 , The refund/fee will be advised via email.
